I am constantly stopped in my tracks by a piece that catches my eye and draws me in for a closer look. Most of the time I remember to snap a quick photo, many of which I’ve started sharing on one of my Flickr sets.

I know it’s small but everything in NYC comes from meager beginnings. Hope you enjoy and be sure to hit me up with anything that grabs you on the streets.

I’m really liking the new rustic direction that is heavy on melodic instrumentals. There are a couple tracks wandering around but my favorite is by far Whale Song. No frills, just nice clean typography. Design isn’t something often associated with modern theological material, so I decided to go way back and find some archives of illuminated manuscripts from a time when it was. First link it to the Flickr user, Goonete, where I found the original image and the second is to an archive of illuminated manuscripts.
